About the Author


Ben Emmens is co-founder of The Conscious Project, a social business dedicated to helping organisations flourish and grow through leadership training; designing, brokering and facilitating collaborative partnerships; and management consulting. 

With over 20 years developing and delivering services for aid agencies and international development organisations, Ben has witnessed, first-hand, the intricacies and evolution within this sector.
